After working in various areas in the field of visual arts I start looking for inspiration in the vast possibilities opened by the interaction between Art and Science. Soon I discovered paths for expression and working methods I immediately identified with. Later I headed toward the US, after being granted a scholarship by the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation and the Luso-American Development Foundation, which gave me the opportunity to further develop my studies in fields where an Artistic/Scientific exchange remained as a common denominator.
